Volunteer for us
Volunteering is a great way to give something back, meet new people and make a positive difference in your local community. Whether you have a few hours to spare or want to get more involved, volunteering can help you build confidence, learn new skills, make friends and enjoy the feeling of doing something that really matters.
Take a look at some of the roles we have available. Does one of them sound like you?
Volunteer Drivers

Do you enjoy driving and meeting new people?
Do you want to help your community? If yes we would love to hear from you! We are looking for volunteer drivers to help our community maintain their independence and stay connected with others.
We transport local residents to hospital & doctors appointments, social clubs, to see friends, shopping and much more...
Office Reception

Do you enjoy working in an office and meeting new people?
Could you spare 1-4 hours a week to help in our busy and friendly office? As the first port of call on reception for Droitwich CVS, you’ll help point people in the right direction whether it be in person or on the phone.
There’s lots of varied admin to get involved with so why not give us a call to chat more?
Trustees

As a Trustee, you will be part of a friendly and supportive team that helps steer our strategy, ensuring our services continue to make a real and lasting impact in the community?
No formal qualifications required, just enthusiasm, commitment and community spirit. We are particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in HR, marketing, or finance but applications from all backgrounds are welcome
Coffee Mates

Short on time? If so could you spare us 2 hours a month?
Every 2nd Wednesday of the month, we host our own Coffee Afternoon. We are looking for volunteers to serve refreshments, sell raffle tickets or be our quiz-host and chat to our guests.
Gardener

Do you have green fingers?
Could you spare us a few hours a week? Nothing too strenuous, just weeding, pruning, generally just keeping our Rotary House community venue looking spruced!
This venue is used by lots of local groups and residents who benefit from using the garden.
Moving Forward

Do you have a few hours a week to help run our Community Café and Fridge?
You would be joining a friendly team of volunteers at our Community Hub at Westlands. We are also looking for people to collect our food donations from supermarkets, assist cooking meals for the café or help setting up ready for the Community Fridge.
