Rotary House is conveniently located next to Droitwich Lido Park and offers a fully furnished 50-seat function room, a kitchen for preparing light refreshments, and a beautiful garden. It’s the perfect venue for meetings, social clubs, or community events. The facility includes free Wi-Fi and a ceiling-mounted projector, making it ideal for presentations and gatherings. Designed with accessibility in mind, the building features ramps, accessible toilets, and is situated entirely on one level for ease of use.

Hire costs are per session and provide sole use of the venue.

Session Times:

  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Evening: 5:00 PM onwards

Pricing:

  • Small Charity or Community Group: £25.00 (Up to 12 people)

  • Standard Charity or Community Group: £33.00 (13 people +)

  •  Commercial Business: £50.00

  • Private / One off Booking: £60.00

Important Information:

  • A minimum fee of £60 applies for one-off bookings.

  • Small group: Up to 12 people

  • Standard group: 13 people or more

Rotary House Price List

Hire costs are per session and provide sole use of the venue.

Session Times:

  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

  • Evening: 5:00 PM onwards

Pricing:

  • Charity or Community Group: £40.00 per session or £14.00 per hour

  • Business or Private Booking: £60.00 per session or £18.00 per hour

Important Information:

  • Each session cost covers 4 hours, but for those groups who require a shorter period, an hourly rate is now available to book.

Important Notice – Room Hire Pricing Update

Due to the continued rise in utility and general living costs, we have made the difficult decision to increase our room hire rates from 1st April 2026.
 

Over the past five years, we have worked hard to minimise the impact of rising expenses by absorbing as many cost increases as possible. Unfortunately, this is no longer sustainable for our small charity, and this adjustment is necessary to help ensure the ongoing delivery of our services.
