Christmas 2025 Opening Hours
All the team at Droitwich CVS are taking a well deserved rest for the Christmas period.
So we will be closed from 12pm on Christmas Eve (Wednesday 24th December 2025) and won't be back open until 9am on Monday 5th January 2026.
If you need to contact us at all during this time, including for any future Community Transport dates from January 2026 onwards, either email us at admin@droitwichcvs.org.uk, give us a call on 01905 779115 and leave us a voicemail message, or message us via our Facebook page (@droitwichcvs) and we will respond back to you on our return.
Our Community Transport will also be unavailable during the Christmas period, so no transport can be booked for Wednesday 24th December 2025 - Sunday 4th January 2026. But Community Transport will be back from Monday 5th January 2026.

Community
Transport
We run an invaluable community transport scheme, enabling residents to connect with others and maintain their independence. Our team of volunteer drivers help residents access necessary resources and services such as doctors, dentists, shopping, seeing family and attending social clubs.
Our minibus is also available to hire.

Voluntary
Support
We have information about local volunteering opportunities. Organisations can contact us to update, or upload their volunteer roles for us to share and display. We also organise and host an annual Community Showcase for all local organisations to showcase their volunteering opportunities.
Moving Forward runs a Community Fridge which enables residents and businesses to share surplus food and for anyone to help themselves to quality food that would otherwise be wasted.
Along with community events and activities;
Moving Forward provide signposting services to
local organisations and offer support to residents.
