We protect and support children and young people by providing practical and emotional care and support, ensuring their voices are heard and campaigning to bring lasting improvements to their lives.

As part of the Starting Well Partnership which was established in April 2020, we support families, parents, children and young people across Worcestershire to lead happy, healthy and fulfilled lives.

Coram Voice

Coram Voice get young voices heard, tells you about your rights, gives you the support you need through our advocates and work with you to improve the care system.

Mentor Link

Mentor Link provides a mentoring service to children and young people in the West Midlands. The aim is to provide one to one support to young people who may be facing difficulties and create a more positive attitude towards themselves and learning.

Onside Advocacy

Wyre Forest and South Worcestershire Nightstop and Mediation Service

Onside is a Worcestershire and Herefordshire based charity, providing a wide range of support services to ensure fairness and equality for all members of our community who may be vulnerable, disadvantaged or discriminated against.

Nightstop prevents homelessness through community hosting. It helps people who are in immediate housing crisis by providing safe accommodation in the homes of vetted volunteers called "hosts". The accommodation is provided one night initially, except on weekends, but is reviewed on a night-by-night basis. 

The Silver Line

The only 24-hour, free, and confidential helpline for older people.

Citizens Advice

Citizens Advice South Worcestershire is an independent charity operating as part of the national Citizens Advice Network. Every year we help over 5,000 local people.

We are Guide Dogs. And we’re here to help people with sight loss live the life they choose.

Over the years we’ve developed a wide range of services with and without dogs to support people living with a vision impairment. 

We’re a charity, almost entirely funded by donations, and we are the world’s largest assistance dog organisation. As world leaders in puppy socialisation and dog training, we’re the only organisation to breed and train guide dogs in the UK. We’re also the largest employer of specialists dedicated to helping children and young people overcome the challenges of sight loss.
