Droitwich Spa & Rural Council for Voluntary Service (DCVS) offers the following services to local voluntary and community groups : 

Community rooms and office space at the Old Library Centre at very competitive rates.   Advice on fund-raising and making applications for grant aid from Local Authorities, Trusts and the National Lottery.   PAYE services plus help with recruitment, job descriptions and contracts of employment.  Assistance with drafting policies and procedures to ensure good practice.    Administrative support through the Resource Centre and production of newsletters and minutes.    Information about constitutions, charitable status and the Charities Act.    Training and resources including the role of Management Committees and their officers, minute taking and simple book-keeping.   Facilitation and mediation during difficult times.

In addition, the DCVS runs the local Community Transport Scheme.
